At Swiis we are immensely proud of the fostering outcomes we provide for our looked after children and young people.
Our placement stability ratio is one of the highest in the foster care arena, resulting in our children having a high level of constancy which enables them to gain the real benefits that a stable, nurturing home life affords such as on-going health management and the opportunity to both engage in and really commit towards education.
|96%||Swiis placements considered stable|
The educational outcomes of Swiis children are amongst the highest for looked after children in the UK and we are delighted that the input of our in-house education teams has made (and continues to make) such a significant contribution towards educational outcomes amongst our children.

The primary focus of everyone involved in the placement process is to ensure the specific needs of each individual child and young person are met. We want each child and young person to achieve the best outcomes possible and we use the key areas identified in the ‘Every Child Matters’ framework:
- Being healthy
- Staying safe
- Enjoying and achieving
- Making a positive contribution
- Achieving economic wellbeing
“This is an exceptionally well-run service with a strong track record of achieving excellent outcomes for children and young people.”
