Father Christmas has been, the presents have been opened, played with and discarded, everyone is full of turkey. What next? The Mince Pie Specials. With the Christmas pressure over, you need a time to wind down, so head to the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway, sit back and relax and enjoy the unique atmosphere of a 1950s branch line. See the stunning stations transformed with real coal fires and gas lights, creating a magical glow as your train rolls in. Travel in their toasty, Yuletide carriages as their festive journey continues into the New Year. There will be an amazing Christmas display, real coal fires and gas lights, creating a magical glow.
Enjoy free mince pies and an on-train real ale bar serving, not just real ale, but wines, spirits and hot cups of tea and coffee. Mince Pie Specials operate daily from Boxing Day until Monday 1st January 2018. The first steam train departs Oxenhope at 10.00 with 4 round trips and the last return from Keighley at 15.45.
