We held our annual Diversity Day for our Manchester and Lancashire offices on Monday 24th October. The day is all about celebrating differences and getting different people together to join in activities.
This year we had an even greater selection of activities for our young people to get involved in.
Everyone joined in with the arts and crafts from around the world, which was aimed at all abilities and ages. They included Diwali candles, Lowry Painting, Graffiti Art and Japanese Origami Chatterboxes.
The day was also a collaboration with a local arts business enterprise. This allowed us to use the Gorse Hill Studios Theatre Area. We got to work alongside their members of staff for us to find fun ways to create music through drumming, beatboxing, rhyming and playing an instrument.
As you can see from the pictures, we all had a great day and got thoroughly involved with all the activities.
Bring on Diversity Day 2017!
